How do I place an order with Shop for Tots?
Your order can be placed in the following ways (all of which can be done in your PJ's if desired):
Our online store is always open to receive orders and securely process payments.
If for any reason you are having trouble ordering online please send an email to [email protected] with the items you wish to order and we will do our best to process it manually.
Are all items in stock and ready for dispatch?
Yes, we keep stock of all items at Tots HQ.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Typical delivery takes 2 - 5 business days*. During sale periods and pre-sale periods, processing times may take longer due to the volume of orders coming through. In these instances, please allow an extra 2-4 days for picking and packing. If your order is urgent, please email us and we will do our best to make sure it goes out with the next courier delivery.
* Please Note: Locations outside capital cities and major regional centres may require an extra day for delivery. Very remote locations will take longer.
(We no longer ship orders internationally) Orders are shipped using Australia Posts Airmail service. Delivery will be within 7-15 working days of placing your order, depending on location. Note: International orders are shipped once a week.
What are your delivery charges?
At Shop for Tweens, we know how important it is to have quick, safe delivery of your order, that's why we use Australia Post e-parcel and each parcel requires signature on delivery. We charge a flat rate of $7.95 Australia wide on all orders. Any orders over $150 are delivered FREE of charge! Note: If your parcel is sent back to us due to an address input incorrectly by the customer or a return to sender due to non-pick up by the customer then a new postage fee will incur at our regular shipping price of $7.95. If you require an urgent order to be sent express post the shipping fee is $10.95 which includes signature on delivery.
All International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Air Mail. Generally your order will be posted within 2-4 days and received within 10-13 days, depending on where you live. On average we charge between $20 & $35 for international delivery. There may be additional charges depending on the size and weight of your order, we will advise you if additional charges apply. Import duties and taxes will be responsibility of international customers (outside of Australia) and it is up to the customer to find out what these costs entail. Please note: Bulky items, boxed items and orders over 3kg cannot be shipped internationally.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express through a secure payment gateway called eWay.
You can pay directly into our account Shop For Tots BSB 032039 Account 130810. These details are listed during checkout and on your confirmation order. Payment needs to be received within 7 days or else the items go back into stock.
Paypal Express is available when checking out on our website.
Go to MY CART and enter the gift certificate code in the box provided. Please note: Should you require a refund from a purchase in which a gift certificate was used for payment, a store credit will be issued.
LAYBY SERVICE (No longer available as at 20/12/18)
At Shop for Tots, we know you want different payment options online, and we are pleased to introduce our Online Layby system.
WHAT ARE YOUR LAYBY TERMS?
1. All laybys require a 20% deposit.
2. The layby period is strictly 6 weeks.
3. Layby deposits are non-refundable. Changes can be made to your layby up to 14 days from the time the deposit has been paid.
4. Layby items are non-refundable. If you receive your parcel and wish to return any non-sale item(s) you may do so within 7 days of receipt and will be issued with a store credit. If you wish to exchange any item(s) you may do so within 7 days of receipt of your parcel. Note: Store credits cannot be applied to existing laybys
5. Laybys cancelled due to non-payment will have 20% of the lay-by total withheld as part of the non-refundable deposit. Should this amount be greater than the initial deposit paid, monies from subsequent payments will be used to cover the outstanding amount. All other payments made towards the layby will be issued as a store credit. Note: Store credits cannot be used against any future laybys or to pay off existing laybys.
HOW DO I LAYBY? (No longer available as at 20/12/18)
Arranging and managing your layby at www.shopfortweens.com.au is simple - just follow the steps below.
1. Add all the items you wish to layby to your shopping bag.
2. Click on your Shopping Bag and go to Checkout.
4. Enter in your details
5. Tick the Direct Deposit/layby box.
6. Finalise your checkout.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your layby, and weekly Paypal instalment invoices will be issued by www.shopfortweens.com.au for payment. Layby invoices are sent every Sunday and payments are due upon receipt of these invoices. If you cancel your layby, all other payments (not including the deposit) made towards the layby will be issued as a store credit. Note: Store credits cannot be used against any future laybys or to pay off existing laybys. A termination fee will apply which is 20% of the total layby order amount. Should this amount be greater than the initial deposit paid, monies from subsequent instalment payments will be used to cover the outstanding amount. What currency do you use?
All prices listed are in Australian dollars and include GST. GST will be deducted for international orders.
How do I know which size to purchase?
The following is a guide for sizing clothes. Please be aware that some brands are not standard sizing, we will indicate in the product description if the brands sizing is unusually large or small.

As with all clothing however, not all brands are completely standard. Sizes can sometimes vary from brand to brand. If we are aware that a particular brand runs 'small' or 'large' we will let you know in the product description.
If you are purchasing a gift for a newborn, may we suggest that you get a larger size to account for differences in birth weight and to ensure that your gift gets plenty of wear.
'out of stock' items
If an item you have selected is temporarily 'out of stock' or unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest alternatives.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?

Is my personal information safe with Shop for Tots?
At Shop for Tots your privacy is paramount; we will always respect and protect the privacy of our customers. We do not store credit card details, your payments are processed through a secure online payment gateway, once processed we will receive confirmation once your order has been paid and the amount.
All information that Shop for Tots does collect through normal business dealings remains confidential. Any information collected is only used for the processing of your order. Shop for Tots will never disclose or sell your personal information to any anyone..... period!

What is your returns policy?
We offer a full refund or exchange on non-sale items if returned within 14 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange your purchase, just let us know what you're returning and what you'd like in exchange and we'll send your new item at the current shipping rate of $7.95. Goods must be in mint condition, with no signs of use. Note: There are no refunds on re-order/special order requests, orders held for longer than two weeks or pre-order items where the lead time is greater than four weeks. In these instances, an exchange or credit note will be issued. Allow 2-4 business days for refunds/exchanges to be actioned. Who pays for the return postage if the goods are damaged, faulty or not as you expected?
If your special package arrives and your goods are damaged or faulty, just Contact Us within 14 days of purchase to organise a replacement. If the item is damaged or faulty then we pay the freight or if you change your mind return the item to be exchanged (at customer's expense) to:
